21CCLC After School Program
21 CCLC Program
As you may be aware, Calcedeaver Elementary is the recipient of a 21st Century Community Learning Center grant. This 21st CCLC After-School Child Care (ASCC) program will serve children from Calcedeaver Elementary, Pre-Kindergarten - 6th grades, ages 4—14. It is our goal to provide, as nearly as possible, the same kind of experiences youngsters would have if they were at home with their parents - a balance between structured activity and relaxed fun. We will provide homework assistance, tutoring, and enrichment activities from 3:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. This year’s planned enrichment activities include gymnastics, computer education, Native American Studies, Self-Defense, Digital Photography, and hunting/fishing safety.
A registration form will need to be completed and returned with the non-refundable registration fee ($10 per child or $20 per family), plus the first week’s tuition, before student(s) can participate in the program. There will be a weekly tuition fee of $10/child or $20/family. Tuition will be collected on a weekly/monthly basis. Upon receipt of the registration fee, you will be given an ASCC Program Handbook with a contract for you to sign. ASCC contract must be signed prior to admission into program.
